Returns and exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products, and we hope you will too.

Not completely satisfied? That can happen.

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason.

Please notify us first via info@zipperzoo.be before sending a return. This way we know your parcel is on its way and can process the return smoothly.

Return conditions

Returned products must:

• be unused
• be in original condition
• be returned in their original packaging if possible

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Important

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital products, patterns and books
• fabrics or materials that have been cut to size
• bag fabrics and stabilizers smaller than 50 cm × fabric width or one unit, as specified in the product description
• notions such as webbing, ribbon, bias tape or piping shorter than 2 metres
