Picking up your order

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can. We are a webshop with a working warehouse, not a shop with a counter.

As soon as you receive a confirmation that your order is ready, you can come and collect it. In most cases your parcel will be waiting in the pickup box located in the entrance hall of the building.

You will receive an email notification when it is ready. There is no need to enter the warehouse itself. This also means your order is usually available 24/7.

If your order is very large or long, we keep it inside the warehouse instead. If you suspect it might not fit in the pickup box, just let us know and we will arrange a pickup moment.

Do I need to order in advance if I want to collect something?

That is the easiest option, but it is not strictly required.

Choosing colours on a screen can be difficult. If you prefer to decide on site, simply contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone to make an appointment. Let us know when you would like to come by.

If the suggested moment does not work, we will simply propose another one.

How do I know when my order is ready?

You will automatically receive a message once your order is ready for pickup. Please only come after receiving that confirmation.

In most cases this will be within one working day.

If it takes longer, feel free to contact us so we can check what happened.

Visiting without an order

Can I visit to look at colours?

In principle no. We do not have a showroom, and during the day we are busy preparing orders.

If you are unsure about a colour, feel free to bring a small piece of fabric or webbing when collecting your order. We can then compare and find the best match together.

For colour checks we work by appointment, usually in the afternoon.

Can I stop by without placing an order?

Yes, but only by appointment.

Most of the time we are busy packing orders and cannot receive unexpected visits. For a quick question or a short colour comparison we are happy to make some time.

Payment

Can I pay cash or by card when collecting my order?

At pickup you can pay in cash or via QR code. Card payments are not possible.

If your order is placed in the pickup box, we ask you to pay through the webshop in advance.

Shipping

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders that are fully in stock are usually shipped within one to two working days.

If you do not receive a message saying otherwise, that usually means everything is already on its way.

Changing your order

Can I add something to my order?

Send us a quick email as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

If the order has not yet been processed or packed, we will gladly check whether we can still add the extra items.
