Your purchases over the past 12 months determine your level — and your benefit for future orders.

Most customers reach the first level quickly. It’s not a dramatic percentage, and it’s not meant to be. But every euro saved is still a euro saved — and over time, that adds up.

Loyalty levels (based on the past 12 months):

• Pearl — from €75 → 3%
• Diamond — from €300 → 5%
• Emerald — from €750 → 8%
• Sapphire — from €1500 → 10%
• Ruby — from €3000 → 12%

Benefits apply to hardware and zippers and are updated automatically.

There are no first-order discounts and no special treatment based on titles or VAT numbers. Loyalty is built through commitment — not labels.
